Who is Huggee Bear?
An early teddy mascot that aggressively chases and punishes standing still. Full pattern and HP stay TBA.
Twisted Tower enemies are corrupted fairy-tale mascots — animatronic carnival hosts that trash-talk, ambush, and punish players who stand still. This roster separates demo/Steam-adjacent confirmed names (Huggee Bear, Mr Quackers, Ticklin' Tommy, Smiley the Telephone, Jerry Jiraffe) from community/coverage-only names that still need in-game string captures. Unverified HP, damage numbers, and spawn tables stay TBA. Verified August 20, 2026 · Atmos Games / 3D Realms · Steam.

Twisted Tower is still an FPS: you aim, strafe, and manage magazines. The twist is theatrical AI — mascots talk, spring ambushes, and lean on jump-scare timing more than endless bullet sponges. Numbers stay manageable when you keep moving; they spike when you reload in the open.
| Pressure type | What it feels like | Player answer |
|---|---|---|
| Melee chase | Closing teddy / clown body checks | Strafe, toy dash, mallet panic only if cornered |
| Ranged bully | Shotgun duck / machine-gun clown lanes | Break LOS, peek mid-range, do not duel in hallways |
| Teleport / rush (unverified kits) | Coverage claims teleport or kamikaze clowns | Keep a full clip; do not greed melee finishes |
| Voice lure | Telephone chase with Charlotte cues | Do not tunnel on audio — watch flanks |
| Swarm clutter | Multiple mascot heads in one room | Cleave with automatic toys; snack between waves |
Demo coverage lists Tickets, food, and ammo as mascot / exploration rewards. Every clean clear is also an upgrade deposit for weapon upgrades. Wiping and rushing past breakables taxes your later boss prep.
This page covers roaming and scripted mascot enemies. End-of-level arenas live on bosses. If a name only appears as a finale silhouette in footage, it stays on the boss page until verified as a regular spawn.
Names below are split by evidence strength. Confirmed rows match demo / Steam-adjacent / multi-source coverage. Coverage-only rows appear in secondary writeups and need in-game string captures before you treat kits as fact.

| Name | Theme | Known behavior notes | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Huggee Bear | Teddy mascot | Aggressive chase; punishes standing still | Confirmed |
| Mr Quackers | Duck mascot | Shotgun pressure; sharp teeth; taunts | Confirmed |
| Ticklin' Tommy | Clown | Machine-gun pressure; late-demo spike | Confirmed |
| Smiley the Telephone | Phone mascot | Twisted telephone threat (demo name) | Confirmed |
| Jerry Jiraffe | Giraffe mascot | Armed twisted host (also spelled Jiraff) | Confirmed |
| Jawsome Telephone | Phone mascot | Alt coverage name for the phone line — not a proven second kit | Coverage-only |
| Seahorse Sam | Sea mascot | Teleporting / fire claims in secondary coverage | Coverage-only |
| Gigglin' Gary | Clown | Kamikaze-style claims in secondary coverage | Coverage-only |
| Animated telephones (category) | Phones | Family of phone threats beyond named units | Category |
| Teddy / clown packs (category) | Mixed | Hotel–Casino filler density | Category |
Demo-facing copy prefers Smiley the Telephone; some coverage says Jawsome Telephone. Until a single in-game string is captured, treat them as one telephone mascot line — not two fully separate kits.
Some interviews also joke about Ticklin' Tommy as a favorite weapon nickname. In enemy contexts, treat Ticklin' Tommy as the machine-gun clown threat; weapon naming stays on weapons until UI screenshots settle the collision.
These two are the Hotel curriculum. If you can keep space against Huggee and win peeks against Quackers, later mascots mostly remix the same skills with louder telegraphs.
Huge teddy head, wrong smile, human-in-suit energy. Coverage stresses chase aggression: if you plant your feet to line up a “perfect” shot, you get hugged. Circle furniture, use doorways as chokepoints, and keep a reload plan before he enters arm’s reach. First appearance leans Hotel — see Hotel.
Evil duck mascot with shotgun personality and sharp-teeth presentation. He teaches range discipline: mid-range toys outperform panic melee. Taunt audio is flavor and pressure — do not freeze to listen. When Quackers shares a room with a teddy, delete the shotgun first if both are live.
Mid-climb rooms introduce longer magazines and psychological bait. Tommy saturates lanes; telephones sell false urgency with voice and chase paths.
| Threat | Primary fail state | Counter habit |
|---|---|---|
| Ticklin' Tommy | Caught reloading in his cone | Slide between cover; Reload upgrade on your carry |
| Smiley the Telephone | Tunnel vision on Charlotte voice | Eyes on flanks; do not chase audio into traps |
| Phone category adds | Stacking chip while you duel Tommy | Swap to automatic toys; clear adds first if soft |
Clown with machine-gun cadence in late-demo notes. Treat him like a lane controller: you lose if you duel him in a long hallway without cover. Peek, dump a controlled burst, relocate. Ammo upgrades matter more here than Special flash.
Whether the UI reads Smiley or Jawsome, the lesson is the same — carnival horror loves voice misdirection. If Charlotte’s voice pulls you down a side corridor, assume a mascot is already flanking. Pair telephone rooms with snack discipline so chip damage does not snowball into a wipe before the bosses door.
Jerry Jiraffe is the best-supported late giraffe mascot. Seahorse Sam and Gigglin' Gary appear in secondary coverage only — treat their kits as unverified until you capture in-game strings. Exact floor debuts stay TBA.

| Name | Coverage tag | Practical read | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jerry Jiraffe | Armed giraffe mascot | Respect range; do not stand under his lane | Confirmed |
| Seahorse Sam | Teleport + fire (claimed) | Hypothesis only — verify before route notes | Coverage-only |
| Gigglin' Gary | Kamikaze clown (claimed) | Hypothesis only — do not invent counters | Coverage-only |
Twisted Toys “R” Us energy with a firearm. He is less about cuddly chase and more about holding angles that punish slow peeks. Use sniper slingshot or controlled mid-range bursts when sightlines open in Forest / later floors — confirm spawn floors in your own footage before locking a map note. Some notes spell the name Jiraff.
Secondary writeups claim Sam teleports with fire pressure and Gary kamikazes. Those tags are useful as “watch for weird movement” habits, not as confirmed kits. Waterpark adjacency for Sam is a working hypothesis, still TBA. Prefer clearing confirmed mascots and category packs first.
Category enemies (extra clowns, teddy packs, mermaid-adjacent threats) fill density between named elites. Clear them before you tunnel on a celebrity mascot name from a single article.
You do not need a unique counter gun for every name. You need a funded mid-range carry, a panic melee, and movement toys that create distance when a chase starts.
| Tool | Why it helps | Deep link |
|---|---|---|
| Dart tommy / shotgun carry | Deletes chase and peek threats once upgraded | Weapons |
| Damage → Ammo → Reload order | Stops dry-clip wipes mid-mascot | Weapon upgrades |
| Harpoon / Fairy Wings / boots | Breaks melee leash and opens escape routes | Toys |
| Twisted Snacks | Recover after chip fights before boss doors | Collectibles |
| Secret side rooms | Extra Tickets + quiet ammo top-ups | Secrets |
Until HP sheets exist, judge success by how often you reload in cover and how often you snack between rooms. If a mascot still feels immortal, buy Damage — do not invent a weakness chart.
Level bosses test the same movement and magazine habits under louder telegraphs. When a floor’s roaming mascots feel solved, jump to bosses and the matching level walkthrough rather than farming the same hallway forever.
An early teddy mascot that aggressively chases and punishes standing still. Full pattern and HP stay TBA.
Media and developer-facing notes describe Quackers as a shotgun duck threat. Treat him as a ranged bully until your own footage says otherwise.
Probably not as two kits. Demo copy prefers Smiley the Telephone; Jawsome is an alternate coverage name. Capture the in-game string before treating them as separate units.
No — secondary coverage only. Keep them on the unverified late-roster list until you see UI strings.
Marked TBA on purpose. Do not trust invented health tables.
